Course completion certificate and grade report

(I) Course certificate and grade report of the current season

1. If you are still in CLD in the coming season:

Please fill the application form at CLD office after 5th week of the new season (coming season). You may pick up the documents at the office on next business day.

2. If you are leaving the CLD after current season:
• Please fill the application form at the CLD office.
• It takes about 50 business days to issue the documents:

A) If you are not in Taiwan at that time, please pay NTD200 postage upon application and leave us your address. We will send the documents to you by registered airmail as soon as the documents are prepared.

B) If you can pick them up at our office by yourself (or have someone to do so), please leave us your email address upon application. We will email you as soon as the documents are prepared.
